    Professional and personal service provided

My experience with Driving Innovation was fantastic. I found Colin extremely helpful in answering my questions about a 40 hour crash course, in the run up to my lessons. Kesh, my instructor was very accommodating. He quickly understood the sort of person I was (quite anxious) quickly and catered to this during my lessons. He struck a balance between making sure I had say in the lessons about what I needed, whilst also offering guidance. Kesh was professional, patient and good to chat to! Thanks to Driving Innovation for their help!

Passed first time thanks to Kesh at Driving Innovation

At the age of 57 I decided I wanted to drive, about 17 years ago I had a few lessons in a manual but didn't enjoy it, I found Driving Innovation online and was pleased to find them really helpful, it also turned out that my daughter had gone through them for her driving course. I opted for a 40 hour automatic intensive course and that is how I met my instructor Kesh Gohil. He was brilliant, friendly, easy to get on with, patient and full of advice, after two weeks of lots of driving I took my test on the 25/07/19 and passed first time. It was the best feeling and I felt so proud but I have to give a lot of credit to Kesh, I couldn't have done it without him. The open road now beckons me and I am looking forward to lots of driving visiting family and grandchildren. Anyone out there that is unsure whether to do it or not, go for it.

Dedicated, constructive, supportive and was able to work around my schedule.

Passed my test today at the Cannock Street test centre thanks to Kesh from Driving Innovation who was supportive, dedicated and able to work around my schedule as I am a freelancer, he was very patient and gave me great constructive criticism and feedback at the end of every session. Their customer service and communication from all Driving Innovation members was excellent. I failed my first time but I booked in an additional 10 sessions was able to pass second time round.

    Driving Innovation builds my confidence

I am very grateful to Driving Innovation and my instructor Kesh particularly for his patience and high quality coaching. Learning to driving is to me, a full-time working mother in my 30s, a stressful thing. Kesh helped me overcome the anxiety from driving mistakes and bring back my confidence. I failed my first attempt and my second test was cancelled first and rearranged towards the end of December 2017 when he moved his house. Despite the busyness, Kesh set aside an hour a day for my practice and I gained my licence at my second attempt.
